Come What MAY!

A new month with new goals, new possibilities! This month I have vowed to focus more on my personal  exercise routine, yes, even your trainer can find themselves in bind and bored with a routine. So, I've spend time researching training techniques, reading articles, and trying a few new moves that will step up my game! Not only does this benefit me, but it also makes me more aware of my clients' needs. 

I start another week, looking forward to assisting one client at a time and testing out my new training techniques on the lucky customers! Stay tuned for some tips! And I'll see you in the studio!
